2. Bookings and Acceptance of Terms
All bookings made with Elevate Decor by Sam are subject to availability and acceptance. A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by us.
By proceeding with a booking, you agree that:
- You have the authority to make the booking.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where inaccurate information has been provided or where the terms of this agreement are not met.
3. Deposits and Payments
3.2 Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full before event setup. Failure to settle the outstanding balance by the agreed deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without any refund of the deposit.
We reserve the right to withhold services until full payment has been received.
4.1 Client Cancellations
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you cancel your booking after full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, changes in plans, or event postponements.
We strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to discuss changes to your booking. While we may make adjustments where feasible, this does not guarantee refunds or rescheduling.
5.1 Customised Installations
All event setups are customised to your requirements and event specifications. While we aim to deliver designs as agreed, adjustments may be required due to:
- Health and safety considerations
- Venue restrictions or regulations
- Space limitations
- Environmental or weather conditions
Any necessary adjustments are made at our professional discretion and do not qualify for refunds or partial refunds.
5.2 Venue Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is suitable and accessible for the installation. This includes:
- Providing even and stable ground for outdoor setups
- Ensuring adequate indoor space
- Allowing sufficient access time for setup
- Informing us of any venue rules or restrictions in advance
We are not responsible for delays, compromises, or changes resulting from unsuitable venue conditions.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information that may affect the setup. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ground conditions
- Access restrictions
- Parking availability
- Venue policies
- Power availability, where applicable
Any failure to disclose relevant information may affect the final setup and does not entitle the customer to a refund.
6.1 Setup Approval
The customer must inspect and confirm satisfaction with the setup before our team leaves the venue. Once the installation is completed and approved, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for any damage, changes, or issues caused after our departure, including those caused by guests, venue staff, children, weather, or other external factors.
7. Balloons and Decorative Items
Balloons and decorative installations are inherently delicate. Despite professional handling and secure installation, balloons may:
- Pop
- Deflate
- Shift
- Be affected by temperature, humidity, or handling
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that balloons and arches are secure during setup. However, once installed, we cannot guarantee the longevity or condition of balloons, particularly helium balloons.
Customers and guests should not pull, lean on, or interfere with balloon installations. We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling.
8. Liability and Safety
We ensure all installations are safe and secure during setup. However, once our team has completed the installation and left the venue, we accept no liability for:
- Accidents
- Injuries
- Property damage
- Loss or damage to décor items
This includes incidents caused by guests, venue staff, children, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Certain décor items are fragile and should be treated with care. Elevate Decor by Sam cannot be held liable for damages arising from misuse or interference after installation.
9. Force Majeure
Elevate Decor by Sam is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Road closures or transport issues
- Venue closures or restrictions
- Government regulations
- Emergencies or natural events
In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and mitigate disruption where possible.
10. Marketing Content and Images
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to take photographs or videos of completed setups for promotional and portfolio purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.
No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
11. Customisation and Budget Flexibility
We offer flexible balloon décor options designed to suit different budgets and event sizes. Customers are encouraged to discuss their vision, theme, and budget during the quotation process.
You may request adjustments to increase, decrease, or tailor your setup. All customisations are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
