Terms of Service – Elevate Decor by Sam
By booking with Elevate Decor by Sam, you agree to the following terms:
1. Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event setup.

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel your booking after full payment, no refunds will be provided.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
3. Setup & Adjustments

Event setups are customised to your requirements. However, adjustments may be necessary at the venue due to health and safety, space, or venue restrictions. These adjustments are made at our discretion and do not qualify for refunds.

The customer must ensure the venue is accessible and suitable for the setup (e.g. even ground for outdoor installs, safe space indoors).
4. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information that may impact the setup, including ground conditions, access restrictions, and venue rules.

The customer must check and confirm they are satisfied with the setup before our team leaves the venue. Once completed, we are not liable for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or external factors.
5. Liability

We take care to ensure all installations are safe and secure at the time of setup. However, we are not responsible for accidents, damages, or injuries caused after our team has completed and left the venue.

Certain décor items (such as balloons and displays) are fragile and should not be handled without care.
6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, road closures, or venue restrictions.
